Dear Google/Blogger Employee, i have been using Blogger service forfive months at http://avragioz.blogspot.com and http://christoselida.blogspot.com.
I am strongly disappointed, as On Thursday, June 4, 2009, 01:30 PDT(UTC-0700) my blogs, namely "avragioz.blogspot.com" and"christoselida.blogspot.com" were removed without any notice. Inaddition, while i remained astonished with your actions, half an hourlater, on 02:00 PDT (UTC-0700), the blogs could be accessed againalbeit a new unpleasant surprise awaited me. One of my two blogs, http://avragioz.blogspot.com was "locked due to possible abuse of the Termsof Service of Blogger".
Your notification, which i did not solicite your Employee for,informed me that i was not allowed to publish any more and that theblog will be deleted within twenty (20) days unless i request anexamination. Both of your actions breach the Terms of Serviceregarding Blogger, accounts and Spam policy and are contradictory toeach other.
I require you to state the reasons of the initial removal, the laterunacceptable marking of "avragioz.blogspot.com" as a spam blog, thecause of this trouble you had me went through, and have your servicesfully operational again. To resolve further problems for us, yourusers, you could review your spam robots and send notification emailsbefore taking action again as this would save up my and yours timefrom resolving such issues.
I am really looking forward to hearing from you and resolve thisproblem. I have been using Google products for a decade already,always regarding your products and developers as excellent and havefaith that you will rectify the problems.
